Can we make sure that my dinner idea starts from a ready-to-eat bowl to thin pineapple and marinated chicken under broiler chicken, put tortillas, then wrap it in soft and delicate Mexican jam?

These tacos are very soft, delicious and happy. Well, maybe I’m happy? Maybe it’s because I collected a few kitchen items together, I pressed a quick bowl, took my staff on a picnic, and came home for dinner almost the same as winning a million dollars. Almost.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Instant Pot Hawaiian Chicken

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.25 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • half of a red onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, finely chopped
  • 1 minced jalapeno (boneless and less hot seeds)
  • 1/4 cup water

Jalapeño Ranch

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 jalapeno (remove ribs and seeds to keep them hot)
  • 1/4 cup of fresh leeks (or 1/2 teaspoon of leek powder)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of dried fennel (or about 1/4 cup fresh)

Extras:

  • Any extra toppings you like
  • Tortillas
  • Cabbage for the slaw

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preparation : Preheat the oven to 475 degrees (Cake Preparation).
  2. Instant pan : put all chicken ingredients into an instant pan. Cook at high pressure for 10 minutes (or 20 minutes if frozen). Reduce the pressure and chop the chicken directly on the pan.
  3. Grilling : Transfer the chopped chicken to a paper-coated baking dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes until brown.
  4. Sauce : In food processing, jalapeno plant material is flattened. Mix a little spice and grated cabbage to make lettuce.
  5. End : put the chicken in a warm tortilla, served with avocado slices from the jalapeno garden, avocado slices, extra pineapple, coriander, onion, etc., as well as fine mist.

Cook in a slow pan : Because the chicken cooks quickly, set it to 2-3 hours or 4-5 hours. Then crushed and brown.
