- Dried Parsley (optional)
- Boneless Pork Chops (3/4″ thick)
- Dry Ranch Mix
- Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Place pork chops onto a greased rimmed baking sheet.
- Mix oil, ranch blend and parsley.
- Spoon mixture over chops.
- Bake for half-hour then broil on high for five mins or until favored doneness.
Notes
I prepare dinner my pork chops well. If you decide upon your chops much less finished, start checking after 20 mins and cook to favored doneness.
